Dispute & Takedown Policy

    Right to Dispute

    Any worker who is the subject of a review may dispute that review. Disputes are reviewed by our admin team and handled fairly and promptly.

    How to Dispute

    1. Navigate to the review on your profile or "My Reviews" page.
    2. Click "Dispute Review".
    3. Provide a reason for the dispute and any supporting evidence.
    4. Upload any relevant documents (e.g. communications, photos, booking records) to support your dispute.
    5. Submit the dispute for admin review.

    Contact & Takedown Requests

    If you are the subject of a review and cannot access a dispute form — for example, if you have not yet registered on the platform — you may contact our support team directly to request review of the content.

    How to submit a takedown request:

    1. Email support@move-link.com.au with the subject line "Review Takedown Request".
    2. Include your full name, the review(s) in question, and why you believe the content should be removed or hidden.
    3. Attach any supporting evidence (screenshots, communications, booking records, etc.).
    4. Our team will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and aim to complete the review within 5 business days.

    We treat all takedown requests seriously and assess them against our Content Guidelines and Review Policy.

    Evidence in Disputes

    When filing a dispute, we strongly encourage you to upload supporting evidence. This may include:

    • Screenshots of communications with the reviewer
    • Booking confirmations or job records
    • Photos or documentation related to the job
    • Any other materials that support your dispute

    Evidence is reviewed confidentially by our admin team and is not shared with the reviewer unless required for resolution.

    Admin Review Process

    Our admin team will review the dispute and may take the following actions:

    • Hide the review — if the review violates our content guidelines.
    • Keep the review — if the review is found to be within policy.
    • Edit the review — to remove specific policy-violating content while preserving the legitimate feedback.
    • Request additional evidence — from the reviewer to substantiate their claims.

    Resolution Timeline

    We aim to resolve all disputes within 5 business days. Both the worker and the reviewing business will be notified of the outcome via email.

    Automatic Takedown

    Reviews that are flagged by our automated content moderation system may be temporarily hidden pending manual review.

    Reviews are user-submitted opinions based on individual job experiences. The platform does not independently verify each claim.
