These guidelines apply to all user-generated content on the platform, including reviews, dispute submissions, and profile information.

Acceptable Content

• Honest, factual accounts of work experiences
• Constructive feedback about professional performance
• Relevant details about job quality, timeliness, and conduct

Prohibited Content

• Criminal accusations: Do not accuse individuals of crimes (e.g., theft, fraud, assault).
• Hate speech: No discriminatory language based on race, religion, gender, sexuality, or disability.
• Threats: No threats of violence, harm, or intimidation.
• Personal attacks: Keep feedback professional and related to work performance.
• Medical claims: Do not reference health conditions or disabilities.
• Doxxing: Do not include phone numbers, addresses, emails, or other identifying information in free-text fields.
• Spam or fake reviews: Reviews must reflect genuine job experiences.

Enforcement

Content that violates these guidelines will be automatically flagged or blocked. Repeated violations may result in account suspension or banning from the review system.
