Review Policy

Purpose

Our review system enables verified businesses to share structured feedback about workers they have engaged for jobs. Reviews help build trust and transparency across the platform.

Who Can Post Reviews

Only businesses that have been verified and approved by our admin team may post reviews. Verification requires a valid Australian Business Number (ABN) and manual approval.

Reviewer Responsibility

Businesses submitting reviews confirm the information is based on a genuine job engagement and is accurate to the best of their knowledge. Reviewers are legally responsible for the content they submit.

Good Faith Requirement

Reviews must be submitted in good faith and based on a real work engagement. Submitting knowingly false or misleading reviews may result in account suspension.

Review Structure

Reviews are structured with specific rating dimensions (punctuality, skill, professionalism) and a factual attendance record. Free-text feedback is limited to 500 characters and subject to content moderation.

Evidence & Verification

We may request supporting evidence of a job engagement (such as booking records or communications) from the reviewer during moderation or dispute review.

Prohibited Content

• Criminal accusations or allegations
• Hate speech, discrimination, or slurs
• Threats of violence or intimidation
• Personal attacks unrelated to work performance
• Medical or health-related claims
• Personal contact information (doxxing)

Platform Rights

We reserve the right to remove, edit, or restrict visibility of any review at our discretion to maintain platform integrity and legal compliance.

Unclaimed Profiles

Reviews may be associated with unclaimed profiles based on contact identifiers provided by reviewers. Individuals may claim these profiles and respond or dispute reviews at any time.

Immutability

Reviews cannot be edited after submission. If a business believes their review contains an error, they may contact support or submit a dispute request for admin review.
