Business User Platform Agreement

1. Business Verification

You confirm that:

• Your ABN is valid
• You are authorized to act for the business
• Your details are accurate
• Verification may be required

Providing false business details may result in account removal.

2. Platform Role

The platform is a marketplace that connects businesses and independent workers. Workers are not employees of the platform. You engage workers directly at your own discretion.

3. Hiring Responsibility

You are responsible for:

• Selecting suitable workers
• Confirming qualifications
• Confirming licenses where needed
• Ensuring job safety
• Complying with workplace laws

4. Payments

Unless otherwise stated:

• Payments are arranged directly with workers
• The platform is not responsible for payment disputes
• You must pay workers according to agreed terms

5. Reviews and Feedback

You may leave structured reviews only for workers you engaged through the platform. Reviews must be factual, job-related, non-defamatory, and compliant with content rules.

False or malicious reviews may result in penalties or account suspension.

6. Prohibited Review Content

You agree not to include crime accusations, threats, discriminatory language, personal data, medical claims, or harassment. Violating reviews may be removed or edited.

7. Disputes

Workers may dispute reviews. You may be asked to provide supporting evidence.

8. Worker Status

You acknowledge workers are independent contractors and not platform employees. You are responsible for your own legal classification and engagement decisions.

9. Safety Obligations

You must provide safe work conditions, lawful tasks, and compliant instructions. Unsafe job postings may be removed.

10. Misuse of Platform

You must not harass workers, create fake reviews, create fake worker profiles, bypass platform safeguards, or scrape data.

11. Account Suspension

Accounts may be suspended for abusive behavior, false reviews, fraud, safety risks, or repeated disputes.

12. Liability Limitation

The platform is not liable for worker performance, job outcomes, losses, damages, or disputes between users.

13. Data Usage

You agree that platform data and profiles may not be copied or reused outside the platform without permission.

14. Email Notifications

By creating a business account, you agree to receive email notifications related to messages, availability requests, worker responses, and platform updates. You can manage your notification preferences in your dashboard settings at any time.

15. Changes to Terms

Terms may be updated. Continued use means acceptance.
